Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur

Upon arriving at Jaipur airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel in the vibrant Pink City, the capital of Rajasthan. The rest of the day is free for leisure, allowing you to explore the city at your own pace.

Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 02: Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a full-day city tour of Jaipur. Visit iconic landmarks such as Amer Fort, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, and the City Palace. Conclude the day with a stroll through the local markets.

Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 03: Jaipur to Jodhpur (340 km / 6-7 hours)

Enjoy a leisurely morning and breakfast before checking out of your hotel. Begin your drive to Jodhpur, the Blue City of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. You can spend the rest of the day exploring nearby markets on your own.

Day 04: Jodhpur Sightseeing

Start your day with breakfast, then visit the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, one of Jodhpur’s most famous attractions. Explore its many structures, including Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Later, visit Jaswant Thada, a stunning white marble memorial, followed by a visit to the Clock Tower and the local market.

Day 05: Jodhpur to Udaipur (250 km / 5 hours)

After breakfast and checking out, continue your journey to Udaipur, famously known as “The Venice of the East.” Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure to relax or explore nearby areas.

Day 06: Udaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Udaipur. Highlights include Fateh Sagar Lake, Saheliyon Ki Bari (Queen’s garden), Sukhadia Circle, and the Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum, which showcases traditional folk art. Visit the grand City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and end the day with a serene evening at Lake Pichola (optional boat ride available at your own cost).

Day 07: Departure from Udaipur

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Udaipur airport for your flight to Delhi or onward destination. Your Rajasthan tour concludes here.

Note: Tour cost is calculated on minimum 4 pax traveling together on sharing basis.


Supplement/ Add-On Cost

1) For minimum 2 Pax – The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 2 pax / upgrade into an exclusive private vehicle @ INR 5,000/- per person additional on above tour cost.

2) We will provide Sedan Car for 2 to 4 Pax. (Upgrade to Innova Car @ INR 9,000/- per vehicle)

3) Airfare - The tentative airfare (Delhi-Jaipur/ Udaipur-Delhi) calculated @ INR 7,000/- per person, any difference in airfare at the time of booking would be charged additional. (Airfare is subject to change)

NOTES

  • Tour cost is based on base room category. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
  • This trip cost id for with minimum 04 pax travelling together, the supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 pax or private vehicle at additional cost as per prices mentioned in add on / supplement.
  • All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
  • The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
  • A service of cab and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.
  • No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
  • Package cost not valid on blackout dates- like Independence Day weekend dates, festival period and other long weekend travel dates).
  • The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.
  • Hotels standard check-in & check-out time is 1400 hrs and 1100 hrs, Early Check-in and late Check out subject to availability.


Remarks

  • The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same room, is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12yrs. of age with one extra bed (subject to hotel policy and conditions).
  • This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed air tickets and reservation either in hotel.
  • The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
  • We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect/changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.
  • Please provide Govt issued ids with address proof to process the reservation and must to carry with them at the time of check-in counters at airport and at the hotel.


Terms and conditions

  • 100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel/Camp reservation.
  • Please provide government issued ids to process the reservation.
  • Hotel/Camp vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
  • The guest must carry confirmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at hotel.
  • Hotel Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.
  • Fixed /chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
  • If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers.
  • Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.



Cancellation Policy:-

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount
  • Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel: 20% of total package cost
  • Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel: 30% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel: 50% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel: 75% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel: 100% package amount will be forfeited


  • All the documents will be delivered over email and at your WhatsApp number only.
  • In case a passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to a health condition then entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as a new booking only.


Condition Apply*

The aforementioned description is just for informative purposes. Final package tour components shall be mentioned on the voucher at the time of finalizing the tour package. The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last-minute variations that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Travel Agency.

Online Booking Procedure

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
