Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Udaipur

On your arrival at Udaipur, our local representative will meet and transfer you to the hotel. After being welcomed at hotel lobby, check in and relax in your room. Remaining day is at leisure for you to relax and get introduced with the place. In the evening you can set out for exploring the beautiful "City of Lakes" on your own.

Note: Standard Check in time at hotel is 1400 hours. Early Check-in is Subject to availability of Rooms.

Day 2: Udaipur City tour

After taking a fill at morning breakfast, set out for Udaipur City tour. Visit Fateh Sagar Lake, Saheliyon-ki-Bari - also known as ‘Garden of the Maidens’ which are beautiful gardens that reflect the discreet and impeccable tastes of the royal ladies of that time, Sukhadia Circle (Drive pass), Bharatiya Lok Kala Museum - a museum of folk & art which displays a rich collection of folk dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls, etc. Next visit City Palace - one of the architectural marvels and a major attraction of Udaipur which is the largest palace complex of Rajasthan, Jagdish Temple - built in 1651 by Maharana Jagat Singh and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. In the evening visit- Lake Pichola & capture the beautiful sunset. Later you can return to hotel and relax or you can go for some shopping in the local bazaars.

Day 3: Full day Free at Leisure

Optional Sightseeing tour- Excursion to Chittorgarh (at Additional Cost)

After breakfast at hotel, full day is Free at own Leisure. You may explore nearby places by own or we would suggest you to opt for Sightseeing tour (at Additional Cost) for a full day Excursion to Chittorgarh. Chittorgarh is the epitome of Rajput pride, romance and spirit. It reverberates with a history of heroism and sacrifice, which is evident as it echoes with the tales sung by the birds of Rajasthan. The main reason for visiting Chittorgarh is it's massive hilltop fort, which is a depiction of Rajput culture and values. The fort stands on a 240-hectares site on an 180m high hill that rises rapidly from the plains below. In the evening return to your hotel and relax.

Day 4: Departure for Delhi

Wake up to a beautiful morning and soak in the mesmerising beauty of Udaipur. Enjoy an extensive breakfast and check out of the hotel. Score on some left attraction or grab for some more shopping. It’s a day to return home after collecting beautiful memories at such a beautiful place. We hope that your trip was great and would love to receive your feedback once you are home.

Important Information

The group tour will Operate with Minimum 4 passengers - All transfers, drive and sightseeing on sharing basis.

Supplement / Upgrade Charges -

1) For minimum 2 Pax Travelling together – The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 2 pax / upgrade into an exclusive private vehicle @ INR 1,500/- per person additional on above tour cost.

2) We will provide Sedan Car for 2 to 4 Pax. (Upgrade to Innova Car @ INR 4,000/- per vehicle additional)

3) Airfare- The tentative flights (Delhi- Udaipur- Delhi) airfare is calculated @ INR 8,000/- per person. Any difference in airfare at the time of booking would be charged additional. (Airfare is subject to change).

Notes:

  • Tour cost is based on base room category. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
  • Minimum 10 passengers are required to operate the group trip.
  • Govt. ID with address proof/passport with valid visa is compulsory during the journey/ to stay at hotel.
  • All sightseeing timings are subject to local road, weather and traffic conditions.
  • The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
  • A service of vehicle and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not at disposal.
  • No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
  • Package Cost NOT VALID on black out dates- like Festival period and other long weekend travel dates, Diwali, Christmas and New Year, Republic Day, Holi, long weekends travel period and local Festival dates.
  • Surcharge applicable on black out dates / long weekends travel dates.
  • The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly there.
  • Hotels standard check-in & check-out time is 1400 hours and 1000 hours.
  • Early Check-in and late Check out are subject to rooms availability & would be provided on extra payment.


Remarks

  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same room, is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed (subject to hotel policy and conditions).

  • The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.

COVID-19 Guidelines - Terms and conditions.

  • As you are aware of the COVID 19 pandemic in recent years - All the travellers are requested to adhere to the COVID appropriate behaviour and must follow Central and State government covid guidelines at tourist destinations and at all public places.
  • Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in hotel.
  • Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
  • Guests showing any covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the Hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked Hotel.
  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotel, etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
  • If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.


Cancellation Policy:-

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount
  • Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel: 20% of total package cost
  • Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel: 30% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel: 50% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel: 75% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel: 100% package amount will be forfeited


  • All the documents will be delivered over email and at your WhatsApp number only.
  • In case a passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to a health conditions then entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as a new booking only.

The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last-minute variations that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Travel Agency.

Online Booking Procedure

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
